Vor Monaten haben wir unsere Gewerbeanmeldung eingereicht und überraschender Weise auch relativ zügig eine Rückmeldung mit der Aufforderung zur Überweisung und Bestätigung erhalten. Jetzt ist besagter Mitarbeiter aus dem Urlaub wieder da und teilt uns mit, dass er nicht weiß, wieso ich ihm eine Bestätigung schicke und er unseren Fall nicht zuordnen kann, weil ihm angeblich keine Unterlagen vorliegen. Wie kann das sein? Er hatte mir bereits schriftlich bestätigt, dass unsere Unterlagen beim Amt eingegangen sind. Wurde da während des Urlaubs alles weggeworfen oder wie kann man sich das vorstellen?
