Lovely clean room, beautiful views of the Ruhr and the Rhine rivers meeting. Only downside was plastic protection on the pillow and mattress which we removed before we went to sleep. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional.

I stayed here in July 2022 when I had to attend an event for work. The hotel is ideally located as it can easily be accessed from the motorway and parking was very easy to arrange.
It was great to have a room with a balcony from which I could watch the boats go by after work or during breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and the restaurant served high quality food.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area for business or a weekend getaway.

Very friendly staff that really care about the guests. The terrace overlooking the river is a highlight! Also, if you are travelling by the car the hotel is perfect as it's right off the motorway and offers parking. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay! I had a stunning balcony overlooking the river where I could watch the boats go by while eating a delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly attentive and the restaurant offered everything I could have asked for. Highly recommend!

Lovely experience overall with friendly staff! Food at the restaurant was very good. Great to have a room with a balcony and watch the boats to go by, and you can eat breakfast on the terrace with a view of the boats too! Also very accessible from motorway and easy parking.

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel very much. Wonderful view on the river. Hotel area is not particularly beautiful (industrial area)but offers plenty of opportunities for walks. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. An issue in the room was solved immediately. Breakfast and dinner was good. Enough reasons to return in future.

I do not know how this hotel got so many stars, shower was hardly accessible due to the door opening in the shower it needed some climbing to get in, the balcony of our room could have done with a new paint job, no toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom. An air-conditioning or ceiling fan was none existing and our room got very warm and sticky during the day. Breakfast was good with a wide selection but the warm foods got barley topped up.
