Cons:
No air conditioning
Water pressure very low
Room was small
32 steps from level 2 elevator to level 2 room! not easy with suitcases.
Pros:
Very close to train station
Rooms have been renovated
Hotel was overall quiet and peaceful
Wifi had good speed in my room.
check-in and checkout was hassle free

The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

This might have earned a 3 star but the ratings on here are too high, it should not have such a high rating. There is no air conditioning so if it's summer, you're going to be sweating. Every day when I got back to the hotel the blinds were wide open with the windows closed and it was swealtering. Opening the window is all well and good, except there's a square across the street where people like to hang out, play music, skateboard and party. My first night (a Monday) there was partying until 1:30am but closing the window was not an option. The keys come on a giant heavy keychain. If you require accessibility, don't come here as many rooms cannot be accessed without using the stairs. I think this hotel would be just fine in the winter, rooms are plain but serviceable. No other major complaints. On the plus side, the breakfast was good - get there early for the bacon.

Spent 3 nights here, very friendly staff, great breakfast u0026 a clean u0026 comfortable room. Close to city centre with good bars u0026 restaurants. If you like Thai food go to Nuh's about 40 metres across the square, its fantastic????

My manager stayed there this summer and there was no Air condition in rooms!!!

Nice staff, clean and good looking rooms!
