Wir haben eine Empfehlung von unserem Kinderarzt aus Gelsenkirchen bekommen.. erst war ich unsicher wegen der vielen negativen Bewertungen aber nun kann ich sie nicht nachvollziehen. Klar kann es in der Notaufnahme (selbst beim Kinderarzt) zu Wartezeiten kommen. Dafür hat sich das warten aber gelohnt unserer Tochter wurde sehr geholfen.. Und vorallem es wurde was richtiges diagnostiziert. Im grossen und ganzen würden wir immer wieder her kommen und ich würde sagen jeder muss seine eigene Erfahrung machen, egal wo. :)

Ich war gestern mit unserem Sohn in der ZNA wegen einer kleinen Kopfplatzwunde. Den Stern Abzug gibts für die wirklich lange Wartezeit. Um ca 14:45 Uhr da... um 19:30 Uhr endlich raus. Es war aber auch ein voller Tag. Aber: die behandelnden Ärzte haben sich dafür 100 mal Entschuldigt. Das gesamte Personal von ZNA bis zu der Kinderchirurgie war super freundlich und absolut auf Augenhöhe mit dem Kind. Ganz toll. Auch ich als Mama wurde gut aufgefangen und nicht blöd angeschaut, warum man die Notaufnahme aufsucht, wie in manch anderen KH. Wirklich tolles Personal, egal ob Schewster oder Arzt. Macht weiter so!
