First time visiting this hospital, went inside to ask for an appointment (the website it’s like a labyrinth) , as soon as I opened my mouth to talk a blonde lady from reception started to scream . Definitely not friendly.She can start working for McDonald’s . 2 days calling them continuously and no answer.

I am satisfied with the Notruf Service/ treatment. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, simple check- in process, short waiting time, professional treatment and the staff are friendly. It would be the best that nobody needs to come here, but if u have to, here would be a good choice.

Ich war in der Notfallaufnahme nach einem Sturz mit dem Fahrrad. Die Wartezeit war echt lang, aber das ist ja leider überall normal. Das Klinikpersonal war aber spitze! Alle waren sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt, sind auf mich eingegangen, das war echt super. Auch am nächsten Tag in der Ambulanten Sprechstunde waren ausnahmslos alle Beschäftigten in der Klinik sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier gehe ich gerne hin, wenn es erneut notwendig sein sollte! Vielen Dank an alle Beschäftigten in der Klinik, ihr macht einen tollen Job!
