Ich hatte ein schlechtes Gewissen als ich vor einigen Tagen um 19:45 Uhr einen Amarenabecher bestellte und der unfreundliche Herr mir Vorwürfe machte, dass es hierfür bereits zu spät sei. Dann bereitete er mir recht genervt alternativ einzelne Eiskugeln zu. Leider ist die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals keine Seltenheit dort.
Eine ordentliche Portion Dienstleistungsmentalität würde nicht schaden. Vorsorglich werde ich mich mal nach anderen Eisdielen umschauen. Die Partnereisdiele am Sittardsberg ist leider auch nicht freundlicher - scheint wohl in der Familie zu liegen. Super schade :-/
