Ich bin seit September 2020 bei Crossfit Duisburg. Andreas und die Trainer sind top ausgebildet und wissen genau was sie tun. In den Kursen werden die Übungen ausführlich erklärt und es wird genau auf die Technik geachtet.
In der Box ist immer eine gute Stimmung und das Training macht großen Spaß. Durch regelmäßiges Training kann man so tolle Erfolge erzielen!

Aber jeder selbst die Teilnehmer die ich bisher kennengelernt habe, geben einem das Gefühl das man da schon mit rein kommt und das jeder mal angefangen hat. Die Trainer geben sich richtig Mühe, motivieren einen, aber setzen niemanden unter Druck. An Material ist alles vorhanden. Mir gefällt es dort sehr gut.
Endlich mal ein Training das einen fordert und nicht so langweilig wie ein Fitnessstudio ist. Klasse, bitte weiter so.
