The name says it all, amazing rooms and the garden is so nice and romantic, the location is great you can walk all the way to the old town or take the tram, cross the street after a block you end up in the famous alaun street where u find hundreds of bars,cafes restaurants, the villa is a place to stay price is great and the owner is so friendly

The mattress is not too hard / soft, only the background noise is a bit louder because a tram is right outside the door.
Especially when you meet the very friendly owner, who takes care of the guests in a loving way, the decor fits perfectly. Breakfast is also perfectly fine for just under € 10.
The positive thing about the tram in front of the door is the transport links; two trams go to the old town within a few minutes. The hotel itself is located in the new town where there are many cafes and restaurants. For the bargain hunters there is a bakery and a Rewe with a prepayment bakery / hot counter opposite.

Das Konzept der Villa Romantika wird im Inneren konsequent durchgezogen. Der Eingangsbereich, das Treppenhaus und der Frühstücksraum sind mit vielen kleinen antiken Möbelstücken und Dekorationselementen geschmückt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, wobei einige es vielleicht auch als leicht kitschig bezeichnen würden. Aber im Gesamteindruck des Hotels/der Pension vollkommen passend. Die Matratze ist nicht zu hart/weich, lediglich die Geräuschkulisse ist etwas lauter, weil direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahn verläuft.
Vor allem wenn man die überaus freundliche Inhaberin trifft, die sich um die Gäste auf liebevolle Weise kümmert, passt die Einrichtung perfekt. Auch das Frühstück ist für knapp 10€ völlig in Ordnung.
Das Positive an der Straßenbahn vor der Tür ist die Verkehrsanbindung; zwei Straßenbahnen fahren innerhalb von wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt. Das Hotel selbst liegt in der Neustadt wo es viele Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Für die Sparfüchse gibt es gegenüber ein Backwerk und ein Rewe mit Vorkassenbäcker/ Heißer Theke.
