People very kind, smiling, nice atmosphere, and honestly, about meals, here it's abolutely subjective so will let everyone having his own opinion :-)

Very good Aperol Spritz. The glass is correct and generously filled. The ingredients are correct, but maybe there is a little bit too much soda. The price (6,9€) is rather high but still okay. A good place for Aperol Spritz in Dresden

Cosy place and nice atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good considering it was 2 in the morning and it's mainly a cafe! We tried a couple of spaghetti plates and they were delicious and large! Definitely recommended.

Wide range of meals and drinks, cozy atmosphere but after coming in (afternoon time), no one cared about us for about 20 minutes. People who came after us were served earlier than us. So my boyfriend was about to leave while the waitress finally came. And we waited another 25 minutes for the meal. At the end, the food was really tasty.

Although the manager of this place apologised for the situation, I still have to post this. Because what's just happened is extraordinary and really ruined my day, and I do not wish anything like that to anyone. Of course, I had to add that this is my personal impression and opinion.
I know the cafe since 2011. It was always fine. I went there yesterday and had to wait 20 minutes for my food. I thought that they were just having a busy day.
Today, I waited for my food another 20 minutes or even longer. I got a cold cacao with some strange looking cream that was called hot maya. Then I went inside and said that I have to go and that I only pay the drink (which I could not drink) but not the rest that still was not served.
The waitress easily agreed. But then she started to blame me that I should have seen that the place is full. It was actually half-empty. I told her she'd better told me that they were overloaded before. I was leaving hungry to an appointed event. She started to scream, and I asked to talk to her manager. Instead, she brought a cook from the kitchen and they started to kind of press me together. It was really scary. They said something like "What's your problem here? What do you want?". I only pointed to them that I found their behaviour unfriendly. They continued. The waitress kept saying that she has a witness -- the cook -- who can tell her boss she actually behaved normally.
I left and called the manager. He did not sound like willing to listen to me in the beginning, only when I asked if I should submit my complain in a written form.
I won't go there any more. This used to be my favourite place for ten years, I recommended it to all my friends, unbelievably that it turned out like that ....

Great english speaking skills, Shantay is especially friendly. Good food and drinks, ask for barista recommendations as she is very knowledgeable

Great place for breakfast. Very hip and trendy but they don't miss on the food. Good value for the money and the best hot chocolate I had in Germany. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Easily accessible by street tram so don't bother driving there. If you want good quality, great food, and convenient location, you won't go wrong with this spot.
