We came here with high expectations, but unfortunately we didn't look at the bad reviews. They were very on point. If you don't speak German, avoid at all cost. They only had 1 English tour in like 4 hours. When we offered to just follow the German one, they said no need, just watch on your own. When we took an elevator and someone asked what floor, we said up, only to have a guide suddenly in a very rude way questioning why we were there. Her name tag has heike on it. The way she approached me and my husband felt very racist. We weren't doing anything wrong, there were no signs and people were giving conflicting messages.

You just lost a customer and we won't use your brand for our company. As an international brand you should be ashamed of how you treat foreigners. You're lucky were not pressing charges.

This factory produces Volkswagen electric cars and it allows visitors to enter the actual production floor. Unfortunately, photos are not permitted on the actual production floors. These photos are all from the public area but they can give a hint how interesting the production is.

Friendly employees. We'd arrived without prior booking... Two time slots available for English tours, so we came back for a later time. The young man on the demo car floor was very informative about the models and answered all our questions. Great peek inside VW production.

An amazing experience for those who are into cars, renewable energy sources, engineering or manufacturing. The factory is more of a museum but there are cars still assembled there and you can see the entire process. Take the guided tour and explore the efforts Volkswagen has made from the 70s until today to produce electric cars.

"Center of Future Mobility" that even from the outside fully lives up to its name. I was not on any excursions or something like that, just walked past the center to the park, which was my goal, but could not just pass by... I really liked the design of the building and the parking with charging stations for electric cars nearby. I got acquainted with the site of the center, and decided, nevertheless, to write a general review. General first impression, if you will: If you are interested in a similar topic, if you like cars - do not miss the opportunity to get acquainted with this place.
