Large updated suite; no carpet which is great. WiFi is extremely slow (password protect with guest name and room number so not everyone in the area can hop on is my suggestion). We chose not to have breakfast at Euro 16 per person; found cheaper options outside of the hotel. Please note; there is construction going on at the Altmarkt square which is noisy at times (especially early in the morning). Hotel should have mentioned that on their website at time of booking.

The hotel is located at the centre of Dresden by the market square. The service is at very high level and the breakfast was delicious. At this moment the market square is under reconstruction. Our family room was very spacious with 2 king size beds.

Terrible maintenance of the place. I stayed for two nights. The hotel didn’t vacuum the room after the first night. The minimum was to replenish the coffee pods for the next day, but instead the hotel charge extra for that. Substandard or absent room service (reception didn’t even know what that phrase was). No restaurant service. The entrance elevator is not working.

We didn't expect such a nice hotel for this price. Everything is new, clean and well-equipped. The staff is very polite. We got a room on the 6th floor with view to the square. Loved it!
