The waiters do their best to make up for low quality coffee and sub par cakes. But two people is obviously not enough to wait on 20 tables. We saw people leaving after 10 minutes of sitting at a table waiting for service personnel.
The name coffee house referring to Austria is an insult to coffee culture!

Wir besuchten das Kaffeehaus am Tag der Deutschen Einheit. Irgendwie war Mottoparty: "Heute das Beste von gestern." Die Schorle war seit ein paar Tagen verfallen, der Tee schlanke 3 Monate. Kann mal vorkommen, aber dann sollte man mit dem Café keinen Premiumanspruch verbinden. Die Toiletten waren sauber aber auf der Damentoilette war die Seife aus. Der Kellner brachte zweimal die falsche Bestellung. Gibts Lichtblicke? Es gab Macarons als Entschuldigung und der Kellner war freundlich. Mit Müh und Not 3 Sterne und viel vergebenes Potenzial. Schade
