Lovely castle with a beautiful garden
You can walk here for hours

For the garden you don't have to pay but if you want to visit any of the many buildings then you have to buy a ticket witch is quite cheap 8€
I will highly recommend it

The views were nice especially on the river bank. As it was winter, the lawns and trees were fairly barren and I am sure they would look very nice in spring.

Beautiful castle, great garden and the Elbe views. Absolutely nice. Must visit.

Nice place for a walk during every time of the year. Relax, chat, visit the pottery shop or enjoy a coffee or an ice cream. Definitely a nice spot with interesting architecture and gardens.

One of the best places near Dresden to spend time with friends and family. Golden hour photographs will surely come out good. Recommended.

A visit is recommended alone for the gardens. Entry fee to access the gardens was €3 p.p. To access the various buildings and the gardens it was €8 p.p. Access to the paths and viewing points along the river Elbe are free.
Restaurant and souvenir shops are also available to all visitors.

Tours end at 5. I got there at 6. The stores were closed but the river was pretty. I came to the castle after visiting the ???? tower on the top of the hill. The surrounding area is really pretty.
