I went shopping there because this shop have many good recommendations on google map, but honestly speaking, I couldn’t see how “friendly” the staffs are, I even didn’t get any welcome smile, they behaved like I owed them money although I was very polite…maybe the reason is because I am a foreigner. ????????????
P.S. They did positive service to other German customers.

Sehr nettes und fachkundiges Personal. Hatte eine Reparatur in Auftrag gegeben. Nach 2 Wochen hatte ich den Charm repariert zurück und musste nichts bezahlen.
Der Schmuck ist zwar nicht ganz billig aber trotzdem muss immer mal ein neuer Charm an das Armband, es wird einem nichts aufgedrängt. Ich besuche diesen Store sehr gern und sei es nur zum gucken.
