Great location a few mins walk from the old centre and 10 mins from the station. Next to a tram station too. Rooms clean, comfortable, quiet and cool in the warm weather. Breakfast good. The best Ibis I've stayed in.

The location is convenient, the hotel is in the city center. The rooms are clean, though not so big. But for a one-night stay it’s perfect. The staff speaks English. The sound isolation is not so good, you can hear the lifts and some other noises. And somebody knocked at our door in the morning which made us all wake up. All the rest is great.

The best location in town, 2 blocks from everything!!! Rooms are very enjoyable in their functionality; the ones facing the back open onto a strange, huge, secluded rooftop garden - very Zen... Endless corridors; access to rooms directly from the street, without having to pass the reception; room doors open with a 4-digit code, no key or card.

I was very pleased - it is just steps away from the Zwinger, the room was bright, clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was well worth the $8 and the air conditioning worked great!

I found booking over the phone easy and there was no problem with requesting an accessible room.
Staff are required to ask for proof of disability when you check in in order to deduct tax from the cost of the accessible room, so make sure you bring this if you do not have the German disabled ID card. Just turning up in a wheelchair is not enough as they need to be able to scan in the document.
I was happy with the accessible room, however the emergency cord was tied up which could be very dangerous if someone were to fall, and the height of the toilet was surprisingly low although there are hand rails on both sides which was good. The door was quite heavy and hard to open from my wheelchair, and I had to move the shower seat in order to be able to use it, so bare this in mind if you are a solo disabled traveller.
I would definitely not recommend paying for the breakfast as it is very disappointing for the price. Also, be aware that there are no kettles, fridges, etc. in the rooms, so it is hard to prepare food for yourself.
