It's a traditional German restaurant. Simple but good. It was quite busy when we visited and we had to wait quite a while to get our food and also to order dessert. Sitting outside is quite nice.

I’m a regular since I’m a child, a true family destination - this visit however was in line what I was told and I experienced myself this time: the service is efficient, but food quality drops - the two rump steak medium were served medium-rare (not render), my goulash was luck-warm, beer not cold enough. We didn’t mentioned it to the waiter - he was running at capacity and didn’t want to spoil his mood, but there if for now: no return for us. We will be back, but not for another two years from now.

The terrace was unfortunately closed due to staff shortages. The staff was very friendly, the food very good and the prices reasonable. The surroundings are beautiful, with a view of Dresden. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back.

Nach einem spannenden Tag mit Kollegen, fanden wir dieses gemütliche Restaurant. Wir hatten Glück und bekamen ohne Reservierung einen Tisch, obwohl es sehr gut besucht war. Die Terrasse war leider wegen Personalmangel geschlossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr gut und die Preise akzeptabel. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, mit Blick auf Dresden. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir wieder kommen.
