I like the architecture of the building. But to pay 120 per night plus 7Eur for city tax, 1.5 Eur/pp for hygiene product that we didnt use, and not including breakfast, that would be 12Eur/pp on top for such a dump of a hotel, where noone can even speak basic words in english in this time and age is a daylight robbery. Sorry but this was first and last. And this is not taking into consideration the cleanliness of the room. The second star is for clean bedsheets.

The room wasn't completely clean. Wi-Fi is supposed to be free but you are only able to access it if you specifically ask for a password. Even then it barely works. Breakfast was okay but nothing more. We took dinner in the hotel as well and it was terrible. The food was bad but the service worse. The waiter doesn't seem to be capable to count and speaks only German.
The hotel is situated on the wrong side of town and is to far removed from the old city centre. If you have a room on the street side you constantly hear the traffic. For the experience I had it wasn't worth the money.

First impressions are good, very easy to get to by car and ample off street private parking, perfectly situated tram stop right to the centre outside (no3 tram). The room is more than adequate. I'll update at a later stage after my stay.

The hotel is fairly situated, great breakfast. Room was fair of size.

But I give one star on behalf of several reasons:
- I asked in my booking for a quiet room. Only when arriving it came out that I had to pay 10 euro extra for this. This was not communicated earlier to me, and in the hotel I had no choice, it could not be undone.
- The room was not clean. Several hairs in the bath room.
- No wifi in the room (only paid for 5 euro per day). Only wifi in the lobby. For nowadays this is absolutely not done.
- Booking process was chaotic. Short after booking I received a call to pay in advance. On my question to what IBAN, it came out "leave it, pay on arrival". When arriving I had to pay 10 euro extra for the question of a quiet room, although this was not communicated to me.

No, I have no good feelings of this hotel.

Very noisy from the street, we cannot sleep at night. No air conditioner. Personal don’t speak English.
