Went into looking to get a weekly pass since I’m only in town for a couple of weeks and the staff at the front wasn’t too welcoming/inviting and quite dismissive. Linam was the other staff member that was a lot more helpful and actually tried to offer me some solutions. Unfortunately there was no option for weekly membership passes and if I had signed up for a monthly pass, it wouldn’t start until the next month plus there would be a 39euro initial fee.

Worst gym i have ever been

not so clean

the male coaches go into the lady fit area ????u200d♂️, I objected and got a dumb response that the lady fit area is just a quiet place yet its called lady fit.

Always busy. No one cleans equipment after use, the coaches don'tsay anything.

The weights are verrrrrrry disorganized.

Price increases are forced on us with no way to object, or change contract.

They need 3 months to give me back my money.

I was very pleased with this studio at the beginning, but I was given false information from customer service about the next possible cancellation date of my contract and now they refuse to honor what I was previously told - in writing - by an employee who was apparently incorrect. So even though it is just June 2022, I cannot get out of the contract until August 2023.

Moral of the story: do not trust the contract begin listed in the "Mitgliederportal" because if you took advantage of any offer for free months or paused your contract for any length of time, this date no longer reflects the date you need to cancel 3 months ahead of. Do not trust customer service to tell you the correct date either, in case you are unsure.

I have only positive experience with this gym! Very polite and helpful staff, most of whom speak good English. I find all areas always clean, and the hygiene level is better an than a in many other gyms I have been to. But what I like the best is the opportunity to have personal trainer 1-2 times per month for a very good price :)

Amazing Gym with a very good vibe. Giving 4 stars because even if you take premium membership, the additional perks are hardly worth it. Also, they say they will give basic workout instructions on appointment with trainer which is included in the package, however it is only beginner level and very basic.

Quality in all aspects. Modern equipment, good inner space and friendly staff team
