Icecream is really average. However reason for my review is that after buying there Icecream I felt quite cold and asked to get a cup of tea. Even though it was still 10 mins before closing time - they refused to make me a cup of simplest tea from a pack of tea bags which takes 1 minute to prepare, saying that they are now closing. Unfortunately not the best customer service at all

They don't seem to understand German very well...they got my order wrong twice, the first time I asked them about it and they changed it, then they brought it back with something wrong again... I asked for nur Joghurt Eis, and they first gave me all vanilla, then Joghurt and strawberry.... Plus the young man who works here constantly made "sss...shhhsss...sssshhh" sounds with his mouth. It's kinda gross to hear that the whole time when you're eating. Tastes of the ice creams are just alright, and it's a bit too sweet in my perspective.

This little cafe is located between Altmarkt and the main tourist area of Residenzschloss, but surprisingly in quite a quiet area. The mandarin ice cream I got was delicious and it even had candied skin pieces.

Clean but not any place to go get a good Italian espresso. Unless you count ciofeca among the great Italian coffee drinks...
