Planet Tax refund wasn’t possible, because of system issues. Was chilled about it, even it was annoying and had to wait for nothing. Then been promised that if I go to the other office at the main station the next day it work. Well it didn’t! Poor performance for a tourist spot.

Received great, friendly and efficient service and advice here. We bought multi-museum tickets for the following 2 days and the service person was so kind and thoughtful that he took us in to visit the caricature museum (on site) without paying! Fantastic!

We simply asked if we can print some tickets and they repeatedly said NO with a very rude attitude although they had the printer right behind them. I asked around at shops and people were laughing because everyone knows Info center are rude and unhelpful. Not nice for a great city as Dresden is.

Male staff attending the counter is very rude with an arrogant attitude. Ain't helpful either when we asked for parking information around the city. He simply shrugged and said 'sorry, we can't help you'.

Saw an old couple before us that was asking him some questions and were faced with the same s*** attitude. If he is not interested in assisting tourists then perhaps he's in the wrong job.

The worst every, we have been traveling all over Europe for the last three months and can say without a doubt that this is the worse information centre we have entered. They are the rudest people who didn't give adman once they found we could not speak German.

When we asked for information in English they said we don't have any, when asked for a map of the city, which, I might state has been supplied for free everywhere we have travelled to they said we had to pay 3.50euros.

Then my wife found a whole lot of information about Dresden that was in English they replied "Oh really" and walked off. Rude really rude, don't go here its not worth the effort and time and they as far as we are concerned have given the mostly friendly German people a very bad name.

If you ask some prof questions. They can not give you the right answer. But the service attitude is good.
