I spent 4 days during a seinar in the hotel. Staff was friendly at all times, even looked if there was a charger for my macbook (mine was at home).

The room was clean and nice, I could even open the window to get some fresh air.

Restaurant was good, again, friendly staff, taking care of requested diet without a problem. Food was good quality, no reason for complaints.

Catering during the breaks of the seminar was okay too, coffee available all day.

Increased prices, reduced service: No room service anymore (except if you expressly order it), while they charge you more. Wasn't clear at all breakfast was not included in my booking, cost me 20€ extra! Usually breakfast used to be included as "default mode", now it seems to be a "special feature" that comes on top. Wanted to use the sauna shortly past 9pm (I had booked the wellness time slot from 7pm to 10pm) - only to be informed that sauna closes at 9pm already, one hour earlier than the pool. All in all: Fairly disappointing (in comparison to earlier stays) – at greatly inflated prices.

Only stayed for a few hours for some sleep on a longer road trip. Nice and clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff very friendly and professional.

Would appriciate better signs where the parking is and possibility to charge electric vehicle.

Great hotel in walking distance from the city center. Friendly staff. They are fairly good at English.
It was a bit annoying that when making the reservation there was no information that the pool was under construction and we already promised the kids a swim.
The rooms are spacious and even though there is a big road right outside, the noise is canceled completely out.
The breakfast buffet has everything you can desire and the quality is high.
