The Dinglingerhaus is a building on Judenhof, next to Neumarkt That was the location of the jeweller Georg Christoph Dinglinger. It's listed in the Dresden buildings of historical significance for it's Baroque design. I've seen a great many fine baroque buildings and to be honest, I didn't think it's particularly outstanding or significant.
It's by no means ugly, it's okay. The jewellers are no longer there and the ground floor is currently occupied by a branch of the German chain restaurant Vapiano, but otherwise not open to the public as far as I can tell.
