Come for the view (especially at the east end of the balcony) and enjoy a great meal. The menu has tasty vegetarian options. Seriously, this is the most overlooked, beautiful outside restaurant in Dresden. The entrance is a little hard to find - look for the elevator at the lobby entrance of the Kongresszentrum on the Elbe River side of the building. It is in the northeast corner of the building.

From my last visit to this restaurant which was also the first, I can honestly say that the food there is good and it's saying something when reviewing restaurants in Dresden as it seems the restaurant in Dresden are generally mediocre in terms of food taste, especially when youre are a forginer who's used to many slices and flavors.

This restaurant got me saying "that's good" for the first time so from all the restaurant in that area I would definitely suggest giving it a visit.

Good food - great ambiance - quality meat (had the ribeye). But only 3 stars because it was ordered rare but was served beyond medium-rare. And no, did not send it back as we were in group. Posting this as I believe the restaurant can only improve if you provide the feedback.

As always a delightful dinner with a wonderful view!
Myth has it, a small menu means good food. And it's tight. Out of the four available main courses we had the grilled fish and the noodles with salmon. And every aspect was perfect. For the first time I saw a "hygienic" menu composed of one A4 laminated paper!

It's a sort of a secret spot as it is in the Parliament building for the Saxon state parliament and as such doesn't look like it's a public place but it is and I am glad it is. Very romantic with a killer view and delecious dishes. My wife and I loved the staff and the food. The goose with german potato dumplings and red cappage was something else. Go and enjoy.

Great location great view. I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the food, for one thing too much salt. Asking to pay with credit cards in Germany can often be a challenge, and also surprisingly for restaurants of this class. Had to pay cash.

Perfect panoramic view. Delicious pasta and local beer selections. High end quality with reasonable price.
