The museum has a lot of partitures and god information, but it is far too informal for such an artist. I went with my boyfriend which is a very important pianist and even though we were there during opening hours, noone answered the door. We rand the bells several times, wondered on the property's yard for several minutes, clapped and even called out to anyone who could hear, noone appeared. We tried the door which was surprisingly opened and almost as if we were breaking in we went inside. The owner then had no other choice than to come out of her house and finaly open the rooms for us. It was very uncomfortable, very unprofessional and so below the quality of this magnificent composer...

Ein sehr interessantes Museum im schönen Pillnitz,
welches von Innen Zeittypisch und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Während man sich Dokumente u0026 Bilder von Carl Maria von Weber genauer ansieht, hört man im Hintergrund seine schönsten Musikstücke laufen, die man sich sogar aussuchen darf. Außerdem gibt es Hier wirklich sehr freundliches Personal, das eine hohe Fachkompetenz aufweist und einzelne Fakten über Bilder und Dokumente gut erläutert.
Für mich hat sich dieser Ausflug voll und ganz geloht und ich freue mich eines Tages nochmal in das tolle Museum zu gehen.
