Terrible service and the owner is a real looter!
I am a refugee from Ukraine and, of course, extremely short of money.
I mistakenly booked a room at this hotel and had to cancel it.
I contacted the owner and said him that I would like to cancel the advance booking for good reasons.
The owner, as it seemed to me then, kindly said that the money for the reservation was not with him, but with the Booking service, and that he did not mind, but I should contact the service.
Turns out the owner was terribly lying.
I called the booking service, where they told me that they would immediately send a request to the owner to cancel and everything should be in order, the money will be returned to me.
When asked, the owner cynically refused to return the money for the advance booking, although I told him several times that I'm a refugee and that I almost have no money.
Thus, the owner actually robbed the refugee and took money for the entire period of residence, although I did not even come to the city and did not live there.
I strongly do not recommend using the services of such cynical marauders!
