Adler Hotel Dresden

No fridge in the rooms, so i drunk warm beer. WiFi was good. Each room has own shower.
We got 4 rooms for 10 people, but 3 rooms would do the thing. Hotel didn't change our unnecessary room for breakfast or refund.

Breakfast 8.5€, 8am-10am

Terrible service and the owner is a real looter!
I am a refugee from Ukraine and, of course, extremely short of money.
I mistakenly booked a room at this hotel and had to cancel it.
I contacted the owner and said him that I would like to cancel the advance booking for good reasons.
The owner, as it seemed to me then, kindly said that the money for the reservation was not with him, but with the Booking service, and that he did not mind, but I should contact the service.
Turns out the owner was terribly lying.
I called the booking service, where they told me that they would immediately send a request to the owner to cancel and everything should be in order, the money will be returned to me.
When asked, the owner cynically refused to return the money for the advance booking, although I told him several times that I'm a refugee and that I almost have no money.
Thus, the owner actually robbed the refugee and took money for the entire period of residence, although I did not even come to the city and did not live there.
I strongly do not recommend using the services of such cynical marauders!

We called ahed to ask if they had an available room for two people and two dogs. They said it was okay and we booked the room. When we were leaving the next morning the manager yelled at us for staying in one room with two dogs! He said we never asked to bring two dogs. They apparently only allowed one dog of small size. He obviously didn’t understand us on the phone, and that’s okay, but being a hotel manager, he shouldn't yell at us like that in front of other customers. We ended up having a big discussion in the lobby area because he refused to admit that we asked for two dogs on the phone. The hotel was ok, but the way he handled this ruined our stay! Lucky for us we were only staying on night. Will never return, even without dogs!

Small, family run hotel. Near highway, so it's a good place to sleep one night when you don't want to sightsee Dresden. Don't expect much, but room was clean and we had a good sleep. I would give 5 stars, but when we arrived on the parking welcomed us killer, awful smell from the drain. Fortunately it was only on the parking.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel! It is such a peaceful and quiet place where you can relax after a hard touristic day. I was worried that it will be not really clean because of such an attractive price. But it found out that it was clean especially in the wc! A friendly reception made our time there even better. Moreover there is a busstop right near the hotel. When I come back to Dresden I would stay there again for sure!

Cheap but clean hotel on the Dresden periphery with good access to local transport. Sufficient for one or two nights. The nearest restaurant is cca 1km. Good breakfast, helpful staff. The price / performance ratio is OK.
