Delicious!????☺️???? Amazing food, they prepared it in front of us. Could have bit more species, otherwise 9/10! Finnaly nice and sassy place in Dortmund to go out. ????????????????????????????

One of my all time favourite restaurant in Germany. Have had the privilege to eat at the outlets in Berlin, Karlsruhe and then Dortmund. It's nothing spectacular or amazing but I like Vapiano for the simplicity - be it the self service or the authentic Italian tasting recipes or the restaurant set - up itself.

Good place to hang out with friends, family, colleagues for a quick catch up or for lunch. It's very spacious. There's space for sitting both inside and outside although it's best to sit out during the summer.

Prices are nominal and it's a good value for the quality and quantity of food. There's both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available for choosing food. Kid friendly meals are available, upon request.

There's toilet attached at the basement. There's baby seat available upon request. There's also parking spaces. It's also convenient for wheelchair accessiblity. There's a cafe and a cocktail bar attached to the inside of the restaurant. Both take-out and delivery is also possible.

The restaurant has so much place both outside and inside. It is some how self service and you have to bring the food to the table yourself. The staff was very kind and smiling. The spaghetti was very bad. The worst I had in Dortmund. The pizza was also of very low quality. The bread was almost inedible with very very little on the top. Not recommended.

It's reliable food and perfect if you're in the mood to be left alone. But today I stood in the queue to pay and a white family behind me were allowed to skip the queue and pay before me. Was it racism? Did the worker happen to fail to see me, the brown single woman who was waiting patiently? I don't know. But it wasn't pleasant.
