Wirklich extremst frech wie man dort auf den Arm genommen wird. Ich war dort mit meiner Freundin auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt und habe in diesem Parkhaus geparkt wo sowohl online als auch in der Einfahrt auf der Schranke Ausfahrt bis 21 Uhr geschrieben stand. Allerdings müssten wir um 20:10 mit Schreck feststellen dass man gar nicht mehr mit dem Aufzug nach oben kann, sondern mittels Notausgang ein stinkendes wahrscheinlich volluriniertes Treppenhaus hochlaufen musste, was kein Ende hatte. Natürlich ist das nciht wirklich schlimm und auch irgendwann geschafft jedoch war am Ausgang dann auch noch der Kassenautomat defekt. Als wir uns dann noch mit einigen anderen Parkern nach einem anderen kassenautomaten umgeschaut haben, welche zwar aktiv aber hinter verschlossenen Türen unzugänglich waren, haben wir entsprechend dann den Service am defekten Kassenautomaten gerufen. Eine Dame nahm den Anruf entgegen aber wollte uns dann offensichtlich einfach nicht helfen. Kurz gefasst sagte die Dame nur dass es noch 3 andere kassenautomaten gibt die aber halt hinter den verschlossenen Türen waren und auch nach mehrmaligem hoch und runterlaufens des Treppenhauses und durchsuchen der Parkdecks konnten wir keinen Automaten finden. Die einzige Antwort darauf war dass wir einen anderen kassenautomaten finden sollen. Ignorant und einfach frech, sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt! Dann haut sie auch noch raus öhhhh ich sitze hier in meinem Heimbüro ich kann ihnen nciht helfen ja schön für sie aber hier sitzen 5 Menschen in einem Parkhaus fest in welchem sie einfach nicht bezahlen können ja dann schick halt jemanden und Red da nicht so einen Schwachsinn, wieso machen sie nicht einfach ihren Job und helfen uns verdammt nochmal.... Naja jedenfalls funktionierte der Automat dann irgendwann wieder und ich beendete das Gespräch mit der Dame abrupt, auf jeden Fall ein sehr nervenaufreibende und wirklich bes*hissene Erfahrung die ich dort gemacht habe, selten hab ich mich so aufgeregt. Werde ganz sicher nie wieder dort parken, für die s*heisse hab ich 4 Euro (1.5 Stunden) bezahlt danke für gar nichts Service Dame

Habe nicht gesehen das sonntags geschlossen ist. Schild derart klein. Öffnungszeiten nur Von Mo-Sa. Sonntag nicht mit geschlossen beschriftet.
Nachdem ich Sonntag abholen wollte, habe ich die Notfall Nummer angerufen. Komplett falsche Auskunft erhalten. Ich dürfte nur in der 4.Etage mein Ticket lösen und sollte über die Silberstraße ausfahren. Die 4.Etage ist eine komplette Baustelle ???? und einen Kassenautomaten gibt es dort nicht. Genauso wie die Ausfahrt über die Silberstraße!! Nachdem ich ins Treppenhaus in die 5.Etage Maschinerien wollte, wurde ich Von Kot, Urin und gebrochenem sowie 4 Obdachlosen empfangen! Eine Ware Zumutung!!! Als ich dann 5tagen im Rondell runtergefahren bin stand ich wieder vor dem Gitter! Als dann nach 20min der Sicherheitsbeamte kam, zahlte ich zu meinem Ticket 40€ Strafe. Ich berichtete vom Zustand des Treppenhaus was ihn aber nicht sonderlich interessierte und er fuhr ohne nachzusehen davon. Freundlich war der Herr aber.
