Nice and clean room. Good standard.. I would even say excellent for the price. Easy and convinient access. Only disadvantage is parking... Busy area over the weekend due to pubs around

The place was sparkling clean and spotless. Bathroom was clean and freshly renovated. Room was nice ce and cosy, with teapot and coffee machine and supplies to make tea and coffee (the cups were single use carton cups though). I even had a small balcony. The place is 5 min walk from metro Station Funkenburg, which is short rife from Dortmund hbf. The only few things i would like to point out are:
1) there is no elevator, so if you have heavy baggage, prepare to bring it upstairs through the stairs yourself.
2) in the morning I found it a bit cold, the heating could have been increased, but I did not find how to do that.
3) the check in process is via pin code on the main door and on the room door, so it is 24/7 self service. On one side, it means you never ran into the situation when you arrive late and there is nobody to let you in. On the other side, if you need anything, there is no one to ask, since there is no reception. No one to ask to call you a taxi or to bring anything.
4) I did not see any restaurant

Gross room. Look good on the photos but the room is old and not clean. Not worth the price.

The room is fine, but the description states that there's a balcony, which there isn't.

Clean apartments, the double beds are very pretty but the single ones are very unfoncortable

very poor hotel. cold and noisy
no reception here and no lift
