My mother was sent by her Doctor due to some complications and right at the beginning the two ladies at the coutesy desk were super rude. I attempted to show them the paper work from the doctor that they sent with us and I was rudely interrupted and asked if I had an appointment " you have to have an appointment in a hospital" is what the old hag told me . I finally was able to explain that we were sent and was told where to go ...I could go on and on ..the nurses were rude the chief doc there has a God complex . I did like, a couple of the young students, wish I knew their name I would like to mention them. I did get into it with the old bitty at the info desk later that day because I had to ask another question and she again rudely mumbled and I did not understand what she was saying so she told her partner behind my back that I was anoying etc. So I had to tell her that she should learn how to be courteous since that is literally part of her job since she sits behind the courtesy desk . I am very worried about my mother because I do not believe that the people that work there are happy and take it out on their patients . The only reason they get a star is because of the nice students.
Continuation.... my mother is now out of the hospital and thank God she is ok and the surgery was a success so I am grateful for that and would like to thank the Doctors for that ..However my mother told me that the nurses were not very friendly or for that matter helpful . She awoke during the night after her surgery with a terrible pain and rang for the nurse and NO ONE stopped in, it could be entirely possible that she pushed the wrong button but even then I thought the nurses have to check on their patients but apparently not there. After she was discharged and came home we went through her paper work and meds and wouldn't you know it they forgot to send her pain meds and 2 of her eye meds. I have been told that nurses are overworked in Germany so I will give them a break on the meds but the rudeness and not checking on patients is not acceptable, if you do not like what you are doing move on and find another job .

been here with my boyfriends who is complaining about headache and heart pain , and they send him to one room to another . Not to mention the old women from information was really mean and after i've asked her if she speak english so i could explain better the symptoms she made a gesture with the hands " nein " and didn't look at me . From my experience in every hospital especialy at information desk is someone who speaks more languages.

It's a five star hospital,so friendly nurses and doctors. I liked how they kept checking on patients every hour after the surgery. Super.

From midwives, anesthesiologists to the nice nurses/doctor's assistants on the ward, everyone tried very hard.
We booked a family room for the stay and felt very well looked after there. We always had someone by our side. Thanks a lot for this.

Anfang März habe ich im Johannes meinen Sohn zur Welt gebracht. Ich kann dieses Krankenhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Von Hebammen, Narkoseärzten bis hin zu den netten Krankenschwestern/ Arzthelferinnen auf der Station waren alle sehr bemüht.
Wir haben für den Aufenthalt ein Familienzimmer gebucht und haben uns dort super aufgehoben gefühlt. Uns stand immer jemand zur Seite. Vielen Dank dafür.
