We put and order and after waiting 40 mins for our pizza, we asked waiter what is going on. She said she will go and check. Afterwards the waiter came again to ask what we ordered and basically took thw order again. It took 55 mins to get the pizza. They have 20 tables and it wasn't even full. When we wanted to pay. The same waiter asked which table we were sitting. Nobody apologised for the delay or offered free drinks or anything. Worst pizza hut experience ever.

Wost pizza in my life, really fat. Paid 7 Euros for the 4 slizes before I almost had to puke

Tasty pizza's, and more than once our stop when returning home from one of our races in Germany. However the personal was unfamiliar with the fact that you can also have only one out one vaccination for Corona, instead of a series of two vaccinations. Thus I was not allowed to enter. No matter the QR code and proof of vaccination. This was a bit of a disappointment, so it would be nice if personel was up-to-date with all valid variations of vaccination.

We had Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza. The staff were friendly and attentive. They brought out our drinks quickly. However, we asked for cheese sticks and they weren't brought, no big deal. Just one of those things that you wanted.

Regardless, we ate well. We were happy to find a place that we were familiar with. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible. We didn't park so... not sure about wheelchair accessible parking.

I visit pizza hut almost for 30 years. I was shocked to see the change at Classic taste today. All pizzas at quick lunch menu have the same sweet barbeque sauce

The place about 5 minutes walk from the main train station Dortmund and infront of Cu0026A. The quality of food is good. I went there on Wednesday, so took the "All you can deal" which costed only 8.99 euro without drink. There was 6 types of pizza serving including margarita pizza, mushrooms pizza and veggie pizza for vegetarians and other three includes Tuna fish pizza, schwine salami pizza, chicken pizza. But as I preferred vegetarian pizza, the problem I had thay there was not name mentioned for the pizza. So everytime I needed help of the waiter to ask about the name of pizza, although I recognise later how to see them as vegetarian ????. The timings for "All you can eat" are from 18:00 till 21:00 , which is pretty much for get together and discussions with friends, they won't disturb u ????. With drinks the pizza hut is bit expansive, so it's better to order pitcher to get more drink with little less price. The seating place is good, you can found seats from 8 persons to 2 persons seating which I had seen there. It's better to reserve 1 or 2 hour before coming on Wednesday while on weekends I don't have any idea how long is the waiting time.
