The room was spacious and clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower; my husband really enjoyed the bath. Breakfast was lovely, though I would have appreciated bacon in a warmed dish as opposed to one plate of bacon sitting out in the cold air. The bread was excellent and the selection was good.
The spa was great, a lovely big pool and hot jacuzzi we enjoyed while we stayed there. My husband booked a massage and had nothing but praise afterward. We did not get a chance to use the sauna, so can't speak on it.

Service in the restaurant could be improved, the wait was long, the waitress mostly ignored us and we eventually had to ask a different waiter for the bill.

I was there for a business trip for one night and was looking forward to the hotel, restaurant and spa area.
Restaurant:
First I went to eat at Rustique and was in the mood for a burger. I was very disappointed in the industrial, very finely chopped ground beef and at the same time hard burger patty. In my opinion at this price range the patties should be made with fresh ground meat. However, the burger was good in terms of taste.
Breakfast:
There was a satisfactory selection, but rather poor for this hotel category. The buffet was not sufficiently refilled, the salmon was empty for a long time, in the fruit salad were only 3 different types of melon, for sausage and especially cheese there was also not much choice. There was only one service person who did not follow up at all. I was disappointed with the breakfast.
SPA area:
The spa area was rather small but fine for an evening. A surcharge should be pointed out to the guests.
Hotel:
The hotel has modern furnishings and was clean. However, there were some silverfish scurrying around in my bathroom. This was excused by the fact that the problem is known. Here the hotel should take initiative very quickly and hire an exterminator. Likewise, the cracks in the bathroom should be closed.

Magnificent place where you can have an amazing time, really relax and enjoy some extraordinary gourmet food, while getting the best service from the friendly and helpful staff.

I highly recommend that you visit the SPA. The souna is amazing! Thre is a dedicated relaxation area where no noise and no phones are allowed whre you can practice mindfulness, meditate or enjoy that book that you have always wanted to read, but never got to it yet...

We went there for Christmas and we enjoyed every single moment of it. Thank you, l'Arrivée team for making it so special for us!

Fabulous location. Fantastic walk around the nearby wood. Helpful staff. Nice spa. New and well maintained amenities.Good unwind place in general. Needs improvement for international clients. Many board information are in german language only. Breakfast experience needs more. Hotel restaurant food is of cuisine quality but pricey.

The staff is very friendly. We had dinner in one of their two restaurants named Rustique. The place was very cozy and they have an open chimney which creates a wonderful atmosphere in the winter. The food was really tasty but quite expensive.

The facilities, room and staff were amazing, really lovely hotel to stay at and would come again.
The only reason that this is a 4* and not a 5* is the price of drinks and food in the restaunts were incredibly high, and as this hotel isn't really near town, there's no other options.
