Does not know how to work. I got my Colonel burger in a paper rather in a box. The hot wings were tasteless. Cashier did a mistake and charged 3 euros more. Rather giving me money back told me it’s not possible please buy something else. We can’t do any thing. Horrible experience with this branch. Need to work more on the staff.

Looks understaffed. The queue number display didnt work so you have to standby close to the counter.

Nothing special. You get what you expect. However, the service is fast, which is a positive point. If you're in a hurry and need to eat something on the train, why not go to this place.

Very understaffed, staffs are undertrained. Order machines are broken but not maintained as always. Contactless payment wasn't allowed.
The cashier was very rude and let his friends cut the line.
Can't find a clean table.
I don't think there is any guidance nor supervision to fix these problems.

the roll i ordered was really horrible! there are no drinks in the menu, only if u order a kfc menu u can get one. and even then they have no coffee, milkshakes etc. they also have no sauces except for ketchup and mayonnaise. the food is served cold too. AND I’M SORRY BUT WHERE ARE THE TOILETS HERE????

O rude and bad manner. KFC should teach their employees how to be respectful to their clients
