(Am liebsten gar kein Stern)Ich hatte den Eindruck,das da eine bestimmte Zielgruppe an Kunden erwartet wird die nach Geld aussehen.Und Wenn man dem nicht so ganz entspricht, wird von der Mitarbeiterin hinterher gelaufen,penetrant beobachtet und offensichtlich gedacht das man klauen würde.Finde ich echt unangenehm für mich und andere Kunden die wohl hier laut einigen anderen Bewertungen das selbe erlebt haben.Zum Glück konnte ich mein Gutschein einlösen und muss da nie wieder hin.

Ich war vier Mal vor Ort, seit der Eröffnung vor wenigen Jahren (Hombruch komme ich nicht ganz so oft vorbei und ich bevorzuge dann die Dortmunder Innenstadt). Leider war es jedesmal Mal so, das eine Verkäuferin an einem klebte aber nicht um zu beraten sondern eher um zu schauen was man als "Kundin" so treibt. Heute war ich erneut dort, immer wenn ich mich freundlichst bedankt habe und das ich mich noch umsehen möchte, fing die Dame von vorne an (von das es eine Kundenkarte gibt bis hin zu welcher Kasse sie meinen Einkauf legen soll-was mir doch als Kundin regelrecht egal ist). Ich habe dann sofort bezahlt und bin gegangen. Vom Warensortiment her wirklich gut aber herzlich Willkommen fühle ich mich dort leider nicht. Ich kann nur den Google Rezension Recht geben.
