I happened to stay here for one night because of a flight cancellation. I expected more from the reviews on booking.com. It's not a bad hotel, but really nothing special and average. Nothing specially to mention, rooms were clean, but nothing extra, lights were a bit not enough in my room, perhaps only there. It had no extras, like nothing. Seems like it wants to be fancy but it's really far away haha. Regardless, it was okay.

The hotel has a great location and very nice facilities.
Now, the big problem and reason why I'm giving only three stars is the WiFi. It just doesn't work I went to the reception and they were unable to help me. I was traveling with other 3 colleagues and they were experiencing the same thing across different devices, still they did not fix the problem.
This on top of a signal issue with the mobile phones within the building, leaves you basically uncommunicated. As soon as you get into the hotel, your signal gets drastically reduced leaving you only with EDGE data speeds (close to nothing). The mobile phone is not their responsability, but the WiFi it is.

Other than that, hotel is well maintained, clean and with friendly staff.

Very good service after we have been fooled of an other hotel named FFu0026E Carlton! We had booked it for 4 nights and payed in advance. Nobody open the door, and had put a sign that they closed 20:00 even that I've booked them to meet us at 23:00 by the door!

I felt very welcomed. They have good customer service. But the only issue I had that they do not have many options for vegetarian food in their buffet.
However I really loved this hotel! I truly recommend it.

Amazing hospitality, extremely professional and friendly service provided by the staff, Susanne. Appreciated her help and quick response to help me solve the problem. Deserve 5 stars!

Stayed here for 1 week. Staff are super friendly and really helpful. Breakfast supplied is of a high quality with many options. Room cleaned well daily. Bed very comfortable. I think the room service menu needs a refresh - but otherwise good food.

Initial impressions were it was well laid out with an inviting lobby area and a good secure underground parking area. Rooms where generally fine, with a bathroom and good shower. Bar area was excellent with plenty of seating. Bar staff and reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.
