Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating as our floor had no hot water for our entire stay and they made a plan to get us a hot shower. The breakfast is not worth the additional cost.

No hot water in the room. 2 nights now. 2 complaints to reception and to staff on the floor.

There is no ability to get extra pillows.

I would not come back here if the flights and the stay were paid for by the hotel. And I still have 3 nights to go. Considering checking out and sleeping on the street, would feel more professional than this establishment.

Problem with wifi, room not clean, not much facilities

Was there for business so access so Internet was crucial, internet did not work for me though and when the staff was asked about this there was 0 help or not even an attempt to fix this. My friend had a suite booked - they told him they had his booking but they gave his room away... Ended up in a lesser room than he paid for - also without any explanation - the atmosphere sucked and the elevator was sketchy as hell. On a more positive note. The bed was comfy and the room was tidy. Still I would not return here, or recommend this place to another person

Room size was ok. The buikding is old and some things like carpets are to old. Noise everywhere. I think there are some errors in the design, that make it looks worst, for example the lighting. Not very nice. The people working there were very friendly and kind.
