Really really great. Rooms are nice, the price is fair and when we came late at night to our room, the hotel bar was still open and they very kindly prepared some drinks for us. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and good location. Rooms are renovated, very confortable bed, but there are no a/a and the minibar in the room (there are 24h service so it's OK).

The hotel was good. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping even folded my clothes✌????. Only downside was the drunk man in the lobby bothering guests one evening. When i complained about it the staff was not very receptive and pretented like they didnt understand????????

Its a better located hotel in the city. I would have given 5/5 star rating had it its name changed earlier in the internet sites. Tje hotel changed its name from boutique to Nyce hotel a few days ago.

Clean, good wifi, very nice furniture. Just a cozy place. I even find it cheap. Great breakfast. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The room was comfortable and so was the bed. I like the modern contemporary design.the bathroom was clean and had ample space. I like that they did not make the shower area tiny. Will be staying here again next time I find myself in Dortmund.

Ok hotel, looks like apartment building.
1 disadvantage during the summer: NO Air-conditioning! If it's very hot outside, it's difficult to sleep and be inside. For us to bright in the morning due to light through the curtains.
Good location in city center. Mostly friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room and big shower. Had a problem with the room and we got another.
