I was there for dinner on a weekday. The team is very friendly and the service is quite fast. The place looks clean.
I ordered some sort of Cesar salad, an original poutine but with sweet patatos, and churros. The fries were very good and the portion size was very decent. The salad was also good, although the dressing was not my favorite. But the churros were terrible! Hard, without much flavor and with a weird sauce. If you visit this place, take what you want, but just not the churros.

Best loaded fries I’ve tried so far.
The staff was also very nice and helpful.
Will visit them again when in Germany.

Super tasty and beautiful presentation of fries. I again tasted the mayonnaise sauce and my wofe tasted curry sauce. Exact same taste, well cooked, good proportion and nicely presented. Highly recommended if you are in city center. Try their other varieties too, different sauces and many recipes awesome place. Loved it a lot.

Well executed concept. The poutine was very nice, but we didn't try anything else. The quality was very good in general and service was fast, good and for a good price. I can only recommend trying it.

Excellent selection of loaded fries, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, such as vegan sour cream, Guacamole, vegan chili sin carne and many more.

The staff is incredibly friendly, can help with any additional questions on menu items and are on top of preparing the food so quickly, that you're barely left with enough time to sit down first.

The restaurant itself is located right in a small mall in Dortmund, offering not only outdoor seating, but also plenty of space inside.

Highly recommended must stop directly situated in the heart of Dortmund!

I remember how I fell in love with Frittenwerk upon my visit in Frankfurt. Now I had the opportunity to eat at their Dortmund location and was thrilled again. Amazing design, the vibe is one of a kind and the fries are to die for. 10/10
