Ein wunderschönes Haus, das Dank der Bürger:innennitiave "Ostwall 7, das bleibt" den Menschen dieser Stadt erhalten blieb. Was für ein Glück! Federführend bei der Verwaltung des Hauses ist die Architektenkammer NRW. Über den Umgang mit Akteuren der ehemaligen Initiative, das heutige Veranstaltungskonzept und den Umgang mit dem Dienstpersonal des Hauses kann man sicherlich geteilter Meinung sein. Ich konnte beobachten, dass es gegenüber den zuletzt Genannten meiner Meinung nach deutlich an möglicher Partizipation und Wertschätzung von Seiten der Leitung gefehlt hat. Der sehr konservative Top-Down Personalführungsstil der AK entspricht sicherlich nicht den gängigen Ansprüchen der heutigen Zeit, da ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben!
