My experience shopping from them are as following: After having searched around for a few select species of shrimp that I have wanted to keep for a very long time, I got in contact with them, inquiring about if they perhaps had some of the species, even if not listed. It would just so happen that they did have one of the species I was looking for, and a few others as well, and they then gave me the cost of shipping, answering other questions as I asked them.

They were patient, and right before finishing the purchase, they told me that they had gotten another one of the species I had originally asked for, which I was very delighted to hear and asked to buy some of them as well.

The package was sent on tuesday, and reached me on friday.
Bear in mind that I am located in Norway and they ship from Germany, so this is very fast shipping indeed.

I picked up the box at the postal office and brought it home, opened it up.
Let me just add to this review that the packaging are indeed done by professionals. Quality packaging, through and through. And not just the bags and how they were placed and neatly wrapped in the box they came in, but how the critters were bagged as well. It shows that we are dealing with someone who knows what they are doing.

It was just a really good experience buying from them from beginning to end, and I will want to come back and buy from them again.

And if you are considering buying from them, rest assured, it's a very good decision.
