Ich war am 14.4.22 extra aus rath heumar angereist ,wo ich vorher persönlich mit fr. Santos wegen Wellensittiche geredet hatte. Die Zoohandlung ist klein,süß, schnucklig und alles da was man für seine Lieblinge braucht.Es gibt Fische, Wellensittiche und kanarienvögel zu kaufen.Ich hab mir 2 Wellensittiche gekauft,sie sind gesund und frohe. Santos stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Zoohandlung ist sauber und die käfige und Becken ebenfalls.Selbst als ich wieder zu Hause war stand frau. Santos mir zur Hilfe,das nenn ich kundenfreundlichkeit .Ich bin absolut zufrieden und sie haben viele stammkunden.Von mir gibs 5 Sterne und die Preise sind absolut fair.
Kann Zoohandlung santos uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schade. Dann doch mal aus Zeitdruck in den Einzelhandel gegangen und es direkt wieder bereut. Leider kein zuvorkommender Umgang mit dem Kunden (mir). Wahrscheinlich als "Strafe" dafür, daß ich dort normalerweise nicht einkaufe :)
Das Hundefutter hat dafür dann auch gleich mal 30% mehr gekostet als bei meinem sonstigen Hundefutterversand.
Die Kombi aus Unfreundlichkeit und höherem Preis ist genau das, was es dem Einzelhandel schwer macht.
Schade zwar, aber nicht überraschend.
