This establishment was recommended by a friend. We stopped by for a beer and something to eat. The menu is very short on eats - only 5 or 6 items. One they didn't have that evening. We had warm brats and a cold one (both were very good). The beer, wine and alcohol menu is large! I recommend this place for having a few drinks and brats.

Great place with a great, cozy atmosphere and very nice people.
The diverse events deserve a special notice. Skat night, little concerts, quiz night, sing along evenings - you name it. And on top of that the beer is great especially the Würzburger served in stone mugs - cold to the last zip!
Got that 2nd living room feeling.

Very unique bar. Music and all furniture is from, not sure exactly, but wild guess is from 60's or 70's. Not a wide variety of beer's but definetely kölsch and some others. Very clean toilets too. Very relaxed atmosphere which is just what needed after long day walking around köln.

Such a weird experience. Obviously a bar closes eventually, but I've never had a barkeep serve us drinks and tell us five minutes later to finish up our drinks.... like what??? It was really strange. It's called a last call. What a waste of time.
