Hier wollten wir immer schon mal hin und letztens hat es geklappt. Die Auswahl ist gigantisch, die Qualität sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bisher war ich immer begeistert, weil die Waffeln wirklich lecker sind wie auch das Eis und die Shakes.
Aber heute war ich vom Service sehr enttäuscht, um halb acht kam eine Mutter mit ihrem Sohn und wollte etwas bestellen, das wurde ihr leider verwehrt , weil es dafür schon zu spät sei. Die beiden jungen Frauen waren schon sauber am machen.

Ich weiß, jeder möchte mal Feierabend machen, aber 30 Minuten vor Dienstende keinen Kunden mehr zu bedienen, finde ich nicht in Ordnung.
