At first glance, you'd not think much about this place being in a basement and all, but do not let the cover fool you!

As an Asian, I can safely say the food here tastes just like what you can get in Thailand. Went back twice and wished I had found it earlier whilst I had spent some time in Koeln.

Family run restaurant, friendly people, great cooking, lovely price, made it a Thai level of spice when requested. The padtai noodles were chewy just like in Thailand and had the right amount of peanuts, bean sprouts and tofu. Dried chilli flakes and sugar can be added yourself. Pad kra pow was also very good. Portions were big so I didn't manage to try the chicken satay.

Will come back here for Asian food when I'm in Koeln.

1 star because you can't give zero and the food was actually quite tasty and the ladies were friendly, even if they couldn't speak a word of English (my fault that I can speak very little German so no complaint there).

Everything else (including the aftermath of the food, about 12 hours later, if you catch my drift) very, very dodgy. Don't quite understand the positive reviews of this place.

Pad Thai was great, the staff is friendly and served me in English (they also have English menu).

Will definitely come again for a lunch break from the office! ???? Can't wait to try new things from tbw menu.

Hidden in kind of the basement and not looking so trustworthy. But pretty great then. Tasted really good! Reasonable prices.

Delicious Thai food. Ordered number 33 - the Gai Phad Nam Pring Pau - chicken and vegetable stir fry. The sauce was a bit too salty unfortunately (needed an extra serving of rice), but overall it was delicious and the chicken was very tender. If you’re here in winter, I highly recommend the red seats near the windows - they’re heated seats due to the column heaters underneath!

Good quality u0026 tasty food, friendly service and for a good price - will definitely pick again when next in the area.
