The two girls at the counter were very unfriendly. Even someone in the back threw a key and fell into the chicken and they did not remove it, disgusting. My friend bought a soda and unintentionally took the wrong glass the girl in an unpleasant way told her that she had paid for a smaller glass. What about the cleaning??...I like sandwiches a lot but you must work in the training of you staff.

It's a subway/dunkin'donuts ; we went there only to eat the donuts I was craving for and it was perfect like when I went 5 years ago ! The special Christmas Star seemed to be filled with alcohol cream, which was not a problem at all for us but be carefull ????

One star is way too much but this subway is trying to get as much money as possible. Customers are asked to get through the line fast. I was asked which sauce I wanted and within 3 seconds they decided that BBQ was the one for me, no confirmation asked. Then I wanted to pay and the guy was angry because I wanted to pay by card and the paper for receipts was empty. He had to get new paper and asked if I was able to pay by cash. My answer, as I was already irritated by this guy, was no, not enough or you have to deal with 60 cents. That made him even more angry and he didn't talk to me after. Besides that I asked for the 5 euros deal (sub + drink) and he charged me 7 (sub + cookie + drink). If you can eat elsewhere please do so

Eating a sub from subway has always been so nice. It is cheap. It is vegan. We know exactly the ingredients which are being put in. To my surprise, the subway at Cologne also used the same exact term

No air conditioning, they messed up my order. I went to the washroom and was expected to pay to use it even though I ate in the restaurant; a threatening looking man physically blocked my entrance. Avoid this scummy place.

Terrible service was impolite, impatient, couldn't handle the number of people ordering, and the quality of food was also terrible (I know it's subway, but still)! Toilets cost extra to use (50¢) despite having paid for food. Terrible.

It's that 0 stars is not an option.. 1 star is just too high for this one. They got angry to me, and they want to help as much as possible, no.. as much as impossible. I asked for a vegidelight with everything but tomato. They tried to give me one with nothing but tomato. At the end I got one with just salade, onions and paprika. Where's the rest??
