We ordered 2 pizzas with „aubergine, paprika, onion, zucchini” yeaterday. We paid 32€, which is not cheap and then we got no aubergine and no paprika at all... just a few pieces of onion... the dough and the delivery was good but the pizza and the price is a joke.

The pizzas were disappointing and had nothing to do with pizzakultur. Toppings were missing and the rest just average while the prices are clearly above average.

Über Lieferando bestellt, 70 Minuten Wartezeit (an einem Donnerstag). Lieferung kam, Fahrer war soweit ganz nett. Lieferung ausgepackt und festgestellt dass etwas fehlt (war schon bezahlt). Angerufen, der Herr am Telefon meinte er wird die fehlenden Artikel nachliefern. Jetzt sind seit Bestelleung knapp 4 Stunden vergangen und vom Lieferanten keine Spur. Werde jetzt schlafen gehen und denn Fall aus Prinzip an den Verbraucherschutz weiterleiten, da dieser Laden wohl Unterschlagung als Kavaliersdelikt sieht.

Ich halte es für sehr schade, da Stückwerk hervorragende Pizzen machen. Vom Preis her sind sie zwar etwas höher, aber dafür sind die Pizzen vom Geschmack wirklich gut. Was aber sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, dass wir Eis für insgesamt 21 Euro gekauft haben, was abgelaufen war oder miserabel geschmeckt hatte, da es scheinbar mehrmals aufgetaut war.
Auf Beschwerden wurde nur sehr zögerlich geantwortet und auf Erstattung warten wir jetzt seit über 2 Wochen. Ich glaube nicht mehr daran, dass noch was kommen wird.
