Detail oriented and efficient. I would like to thank everyone from the Ambulance crew to Drs and nurses for 4 days in the hospital completely free. However I have 2 friendly advice. First do not judge people by apperance. The Ambulance crew were a bit skeptical whether I was really having serious food poisoning till I passed out inside the Ambulance. No misunderstanding, I love my own appearance but they became unfriendly at first because they were probably expecting a white American because of my English on the phone, not a Middle eastern guy. Second, be transparent. After 2 days they were not dismissing me without telling me why. I only found out the last 24h that poison was found in my blood and they were waiting to see the level go down to release me. Baset Rastgar

Ich war für eine Nasenoperation im Sankt Franziskus Krankenhaus in Ehrenfeld. Das Personal angefangen vom Empfang bis zur Reinigungsdame war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die operierenden Ärzte, Frau Dr. Niemeyer und Herrn Dr. Sauer. Im Gespräch nach der OP konnte man schnell erkennen, dass hier der Beruf mit Herz und Leidenschaft ausgeübt wird. Das Ergebnis lässt sich einfach festhalten: Eine neue Lebensqualität! Abzug gibt es nur für die Stationszimmer: Vierbettzimmer gibt es glaub ich nur noch hier. Und für vier Patienten ist ein Bad /WC von dieser Größe nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Equipment wie alte Betten ohne elektronische Verstellung könnte auch erneuert werden. Am Ende zählt das sehr gute Ergebnis, daher ist die HNO Abteilung absolut zu empfehlen!

ich bin hier um 2 Uhr Nachts mit starken Schmerzen im Unterbauch angekommen, die Schwestern von der Blutabnahme haben sich sehr beeilt, damit der Transportdienst meine Probe noch mit ins Labor nehmen kann. Meine Mutter (81 und dement) war mit einem Blindarmdurchbruch über eine Woche da und wurde sehr lieb behandelt. Zu mir waren alle auch sehr freundlich und ich wurde auch gut informiert. Inzwischen geht es ihr wieder gut und den Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus hat sie schon wieder vergessen ???? Nur eine Narbe ist übrig geblieben.
