Today I was at the branch to open my bank account,I was a little confused as I cannot speak german but to my surprise one of their employee named Arik helped me alot. He explained each and every step in detail and made my stay there extremely comfortable. He is a person if you are visiting this Sparkasse branch. I wish to see people like him in every place.
