Great Hotel with a fantastic crew. They are very polite and supportive.

Apartment is clear, refurbished and well equipped.

The mattress is amazing! And as you'll need a good rest after long walks, it's perfect.

The location is great once it's near from the main Catedral and bridge, and by walk you can reach all the main famous view points of Köln (that will require some walk).

The restaurant at downstairs have great food and beers (if you got drunk, you have a lift to help you reach the room).

Strongly recommended, it was a gold nut find in Köln.

The place is nice, we chose a table outside, overlooking the river. The food was 50/50 even though we chose pizza (the safest option) .. the staff was super friendly, we had a good time.

You're just a number and they make you feel you need to leave when you're done with eating. After paying the waiter told me "No tip???", which I really dislike when the food is just ok and the service is the bare minimum. Food was good, kind of what you would expect from such a place.

Stayed a night in the apartments above the restaurant. Wonderful location at the Rhein river and friendly staff. 5 min walk from the main station. Nice touch to have a ventilator in the room with the warm weather. We did not eat in the restaurant since we were full from a large lunch earlier that day.

It is touristy but the scenery is fun. The food is middling but it serves a purpose when you have picky eaters. They can eat their pizza while you enjoy your drink.

Nice seating area. However, I had probably the worst Moscow Mule I’ve ever had. It felt like having an extra sweet sprite. Just go for the beer.
