Im nächsten Kontakt wurde dann erst gesagt, dass der Kollege keinen Termin ausmachen konnte, weil ich den Vertrag noch nicht abgegeben hätte, welchen ich persönlich vorbei gebracht hatte. Ist dem Herrn am Telefon dann auch wieder eingefallen.

Ich hoffe, dass es sich hier nur um einen "schlechten Start" gehandelt hat und es nicht zu Problemen bei einer Kündigung später kommt.

Zur Sicherheit mache ich natürlich Fotos vom Zustand des Stellplatzes bei Übergabe und werde auch jemanden als "Zeugen" dabei haben... ich hoffe, dass dies aber eine Vorsichtsmaßnahme meinerseits ist, die nicht irgendwann gebraucht wird.
