Simple online reservation. Fantastic authentic traditional cologne food. Funny waiters, but a bit noisy when it's fully booked (which is the norm).
I had my best Sauerbraten ever. Tender meat falling off the fork.

Would give it 3.5 if possible. Fairly standard Brauhaus experience. Nice layout and atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is OK but nothing to write home about.

Nice place but poor service. We waited too much to have our drinks and plates too. The burgers were cold. The staff are not friendly.

Correct, fast and very friendly service. Great food, big portions and definelty not expensive.
